Bruschetta

Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy whose origin dates to at least the 15th century. It consists of grilled or toasted bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil, salt and pepper. The typical Roman bruschetta is 'al pomodoro' and served with diced tomatoes and basil.
